Sky Live Launched - A Smart Camera for Sky Glass

Sky has launched a new device that promises to transform the way you use your TV. Sky Live is an interactive camera that works exclusively with Sky Glass, the streaming TV with Sky inside. With Sky Live, you can chat, play, workout, and share TV with friends, all on the big screen.

Sky Live is available to buy from today for £6 per month. It offers a range of features that make your TV more than just a TV, by introducing new entertainment experiences for the heart of your home.

Watch Together when you’re not together

• Enjoy TV together with your family and friends, even if they are in different homes.
• See and hear them on screen alongside your favourite content, so you can celebrate goals, discuss drama, and chat through episodes together.
• It works across live channels and Sky on demand content.
• The dedicated Watch Together button on screen lets you invite your family and friends to watch with you*.
• With Auto-Tracking, everyone will always be in shot and in focus. Plus, Sky Live’s background noise suppression technology means sound will be crystal-clear.

Workout with a personal trainer on your TV

• With the exclusive Mvmnt fitness app, you can choose from over 130 interactive workouts, including strength, mobility, Pilates and yoga classes for all abilities.
• The camera has built-in body tracking technology that analyses your form, provides real-time feedback, and counts your reps.
• You can also download the Mvmnt companion mobile app to plan your workouts, track your progress, and share to social media.

Play hands-free immersive games for the whole family

• Use your body as the controller in active games like Fruit Ninja and PAW Patrol PAWsome fitness.
• You can also play multiplayer games like Monopoly and record short videos and photos with VideoBooth.
• You can even use pinch and zoom functions for more control.

Video Call on your TV

• Make Zoom calls to any device from your sofa and see people in HD, large as life and crystal-clear on the big screen.
• The camera has auto-tracking and noise suppression technology to ensure everyone is in shot and heard clearly.
• You can also switch from a call on your mobile to your TV if you are signed into the same account on Sky Live.

Simple set up

Sky Live is easy to set up, with no remotes, headsets or controllers. It has a magnetic base that sits securely on top of your Sky Glass, with cables to connect to the TV. It also gives you complete control over your privacy, with a dedicated button that lets you switch the camera and microphone on and off.

Pricing and availability

Sky Live is available to buy in the UK from today at Sky.com, in Sky retail stores or with customer services. You can buy it for £6 per month interest-free credit on a 48-month contract, £12 per month on a 24-month contract, or £290 RRP in the UK.

You can also buy Sky Glass from just £14 per month and add Sky Ultimate TV with Sky TV, Netflix and discovery+ for just £26 per month.

Developing for the future

Sky Live is the latest addition to the Sky TV Entertainment OS ecosystem, which includes Sky Glass and Sky Stream. Sky Live will never stay the same; its software will continue to evolve, with new games, workouts, features and more to come in future releases.
