The news comes via Samsung’s Korean language newsroom, with the prices given in Korean won. However, several media outlets have since confirmed European and American prices for Samsung’s QD-OLED and Neo QLED TVs, which are expected to ship in either March or April.

First up is the QD-OLED range, which consists of the updated Samsung S95C model and its new sister the S90C. According to various reports, the S95C will be available in 55-, 65- and 77-inch sizes, with prices of €2,499 (£2,199), €3,299 (£2,899), and €4,799 (£4,199), respectively. That’s just a tad lower than last year’s prices, so it looks like buyers may be getting a good deal considering the increased brightness on this year’s Samsung Display panels.

As for the new S90C, which forgoes the One Connect box and has a slightly less powerful sound system, it will be available in the same size options, priced at €1,999 (£1,799), €2,799 (£2,499), and €3,999 (£3,499) respectively. The 55-inch and 65-inch models are expected to launch in March, with the 77-inch version to follow one month later.

Moving on to Samsung’s 8K Neo QLED TVs, the flagship QN900C appears to be a little more expensive than last year’s equivalent mode, with the 65- and 75-inch versions costing a couple of hundred extra euros €5,999 (£5,299) and €7,999 (£6,999) respectively. The larger 85-inch model will go for €10,999 (£9,699), similar to last year. There’s also a QN800C model to look forward too, which delivers 8K resolution in the same sizes. Its European prices were confirmed at €3,999 (£3,499), €5,499 (£4,899), and €7,999 (£6,999) respectively, meaning that the smaller two sizes are cheaper than last year’s variants. As for the QN700C, that looks to be even cheaper with the 55-incher going for $2,499 (£1,999) and the 65-inch model costing €3,299 (£2,899).

If a 4K Neo QLED is more your thing, the flagship model in this category is the Samsung QN95C, which is available in a choice of 55-, 65-,75- and 85-inches, priced at at €2,799 (£2,499), €3,499 (£3,099), €4,999 (£4,399) and €6,399 (£5,599) accordingly. The step down model is the QN90C, with 43-inch and 50-inch models that cost €1,299 (£1,149) and €1,499 (£1,299) each, and 55-inch and 65-inch versions costing €2,299 (£1,999) and €2,999 (£2,649). There’s also a 75-inch variant that’s priced at €4,199 (£3,699), and a 85-inch model that will cost €5,499 (£4,849). Last but not least is the QN85C, which is available in the same sizes as the QN95C and is priced at €1,799 (£1,599), €2,299 (£1,999), €3,399 (£2,999), and €4,499 (£3,999) respectively.

Samsung’s Korean entity has already announced the opening of a pre-sale window that runs from Feb. 21 to March 8, and there are some incentives for those who buy early. This includes a “Freestyle” package that bundles a JBL gaming headset or portable battery and carrier. Traditionally, Samsung always follows suit with similar deals in the U.K., U.S. and in Europe, though it sometimes offers different giveaways.
